She also felt the handlebar was a little on the short side and especially with the large changing bag hanging off of it.

As opposed to other light travel buggies it doesn't sacrifice features and is one of the most full-featured double strollers available. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) It also has multiple recline positions, and comes with an UV 50+ canopy. You can add an additional bassinet to either or both seats to make this an ideal travel system.

The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they were not made for off-roading. They struggled with gravel and long grass and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. But, our tester still loved riding this buggy, and it did manage to climb some pretty dirt hills.

This is a fashionable and practical city buggy that is suitable for twins or a baby with a toddler or even three kids with the addition of UPPAbaby's 'PiggyBack board (sold separately). Our testers discovered that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to navigate, even on bumpy terrain or when turning in the middle of a busy road. They were also amazed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to suit individual needs - ideal for napping.

The hoods were also simple to adjust for wind or sun protection. They didn't provide as much coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth packing an extra rain cover in case.

Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to the park to play with their friends they were thrilled. They were also impressed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of room for toddlers to stretch out in. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use a car seats in this buggy were cited as a problem by our test participants. They would have also wanted a bigger storage space for shopping and other gear.
