How to Begin

When you're beginning your Avon business, it's important to ensure that you have a solid base on which to build. This can be accomplished by personalizing your online store and updating the contact & connect with me section. This will give customers the confidence that they are shopping with an actual person. Include your e-store's address in every brochure you distribute.

Once you've completed these steps, it's now time to talk with people about your business! Begin by asking questions to enable your customers to let you know what they're looking for in products. Discuss how Avon products can solve the problems they face and meet their needs. Through building trust and relationships, you can overcome objections and doubt.

Training

Avon is one the few direct selling companies that gives new team members the tools to be successful from the start. There are two discounted product bundles that are only available to new representatives to sell during their first seven campaigns. These bundles are a great bargain and introduce customers to Avon's top-selling products.

As an upline manager, it's essential to help new team members get off to a good start. This means getting to know them personally (using the "Notes" feature on their profile is a good way to track their progress) and finding out what they hope to achieve through their business. Products

A collaboration with a local business to highlight Avon's outdoor activities as well as its natural beauty could also be beneficial. Avon is more than lipstick. Compensation

Avon offers its Representatives an entry point to their business, which is PS10. This kit includes the Perfectly Matte Lipstick, Perfectly Nude and 10 brochures and one hundred order forms. You also get access to AVON U - an online learning center that helps you expand your business. There are also optional conventions and meetings to take part in to inspire and motivate you and your team.

Avon pays its Representatives mostly through commissions on the sales of Avon products. This can be done through online sales, in-person sales, or a combination of both. The commissions can be paid directly into your Avon account using the AVON Wallet App or to choose your kit bank account. Leaders earn bonus earnings based on their team sales that are deposited directly into their Avon accounts or loaded onto their Avon debit cards.

Avon provides a generous incentive to Representatives who build teams. These are direct deposited into your Avon account or transferred to your Avon debit card at the conclusion of each campaign. They also increase when you reach leadership milestones.
