1. Eufy S1 Pro

It's among the easiest robots to set up that we've ever tested. Unpacking the S1 Pro is simple, and an easy-to-follow guide will have you running with a clean, complete dust bag, floor solution for hard floors and water tank in no time at all.

The S1 Pro is an incredibly powerful machine that can mop and vacuum well. The mops are spun at a high speed and utilize 2.2 pounds (1kg of force) to swiftly get rid of pet hair, dirt and sticky dried spills. It's the most expensive of the three models I've reviewed however, it's also the most packed with features. Its sleek and angular design is striking and comes with three physical buttons. The power button, which restarts the cleaning, a mop button that doubles as a child lock and a home-button that can send the robot vacuum reviews to its dock. Lifting the hinged lid reveals a 350ml dust bin and 200ml water tank. The water tank automatically empties and the bin automatically refills.

The only downside I found in this model was the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't removable. While you can replace the mopping cloth (if it's required), it's a pain to take off the mount itself for manual washing. I've found any plush carpet that the robot vacuum cleaner reviews crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro like fastener on mounts, which can cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number clever features including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can set up and manage these through the Roborock app that is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also allows you to schedule cleanings, monitor the battery life and maintain your components. However, you'll have to go through a few hurdles to enable voice control on this model which is a pity considering how well it performs otherwise.

3. Dreame X40

The Dreame X40 robot vacuum and mop is an industry leader with innovative features, superior suction power and advanced mopping capabilities. Its intelligent design allows users to tailor and effectively clean while reducing time.

The X40 is the first robotic vacuum cleaner that can deliver 12,000 Pascals of cleaning power, which easily makes it one of the most effective alternatives available. This powerful vacuum can clear up pet hair dust, crumbs and any other dry mess. It has a mop of high quality that cleans hard floors without the use of a pad. In addition, the X40 is quiet in operation, only producing occasional squeaks of sound when switching modes or when completing self-maintenance tasks.

The X40 also comes with an additional side brush that can be extended and lifted. This allows it to reach into corners that are hard to reach and clean furniture with curved edges like chairs and table legs. It also lets the robot to reach under furniture that is low-profile which makes it a great option for apartments or condos with tight spaces. The side brush automatically tilts down when it detects wet spots. This is a nice feature that enables the X40 to prevent damage to floors from the frequent back-and-forth movement.

In contrast to other robots that are limited to one task, the X40 can mop and vacuum simultaneously. It can be programmed to mop only the hard floors and skip carpeted areas, robots that Vacuum and mop or vice versa. It can be controlled via the Dreame App or Alexa, Siri, or Google Home to ensure that voice-controlled operations are smooth and easy.

The app is simple and user-friendly, and the X40's smart features are easy to set up. Users can program the X40 to clean at specific times. They can also adjust suction power, alter modes, look at floor plans and maps and control mopping settings. The X40 will also keep track of its progress and notify you when it's finished.

The X40 is easy to keep clean and has many features that make it a great choice for busy families. 4. L20 Ultra

The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models on the market. However, it has a number of characteristics that make it stand out. This is an option we haven't seen in other robot mop and vacuum models. It could be a great way to keep your home clean longer.

There's an impressive amount of settings available that include the ability to schedule cleaning and alter a variety of preferences. These settings can be adjusted via the app or buttons on the device itself. The app is simple to use and offers many options for customising the cleaning routine. Additionally, there are a lot of functions that other robots don't include, for instance, the Clean Genius mode that automatically boosts suction power when it detects dust particles rather than using a manual setting.

The L20 Ultra has a stylish design that has a white-and-metallic look that looks elegant and elegant. It's a bit heavier than the other two-in-one robots in this list - at 4kg but it's not too heavy, and feels robust and well built. Mopping is also well-designed and the double-rotating mop works well on hard floors and in corners. The MopExtend feature lets them extend up to 2mm below the baseboards.
