Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as others.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to a regular schedule. You can control all of its functions through the Eufy app, which provides an overview of the system and plenty of configuration options.

The docking station functions as a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they need to be empty.

6. S10

This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean. It also has the ability to reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your area and knows where not to go. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop) unlike other vacuums.

It has other great notable features, like an automatic emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also alter the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.

Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also skip cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to save time. It's a great choice for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and aren't looking to spend the extra money for Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice if you are looking for a versatile robot that can do both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups to messy water stains. It comes with a variety of features including a self-emptying dustbin and a separate water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's extremely quiet, and it can navigate around furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to take care of knotted rug tassels and its battery drains a little quicker than other models we tested in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and useful automation into a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed quite well. It has a range of cleaning modes, from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the incredibly powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads, and not leave your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for those who live in tiny areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a great job of getting around tight spots. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than the majority of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it can be configured to take photos of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys,, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it basically drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
