EV Star

GreenPower Motor Company builds purpose-built, all electric scooter green heavy and medium-duty vehicles to serve the delivery and cargo markets, shuttle and transit spaces as well as school buses. Its EV Star Cab & Chassis, which is exclusive allows for multiple upfits and bodies and sets the standards for zero emissions people and goods transport. GreenPower also provides low-floor electric buses for transit authorities, such as 30ft EV250, a 40ft EV350 and a double-decker EV550.

The company's current fleet of buses comprises six models that share 95% of their components. As such, Greenpower Mobility they're capable of offering them at a much lower price than conventional vehicles, and that's especially important as government subsidies are dwindling.

The EV Star Cargo Van is the most recent addition to GreenPower's fleet, and it's designed specifically for last mile delivery applications. It's got an incredibly flexible design, and can be easily customized. It is also equipped with a range of accessories that can enhance the performance.

Its interior is modular and can be configured to fit various body types. It also has a complete suite of driver assistance systems. In terms of charging, it can be charged via AC level 2 in 8 hours at 11 kW, or DC fast charge in 2 hours at 61 kW. The vehicle also has vented HVAC and ADA security.

GreenPower's EV Star Passenger Van is the benchmark for Scooter green power safety, performance, and sustainability in the passenger transportation space. It is built on the EV Star Cab and Chassis and is able to be configured in various upfits or body configurations to suit various operations. Seating capacities range from 20 to 50 people. Its Altoona score of 92.2 is best in class and it also offers ADA access options.

GreenPower is expanding its production capacity as demand for electric cars continues to grow. GreenPower is collaborating with Perrone Robotics to integrate Level 5 autonomous driving into the EV Star, which will be the first of its kind to provide this feature. Unlike the majority of autonomous vehicles in use, which have been converted or upgraded GreenPower's EV Star has been designed with autonomy from the start. Its design is a clean slate, which makes it easier to incorporate future autonomous technologies for driving. GreenPower's EV Star comes in both diesel and battery-electric versions. The latter provides an endurance of up to 150 miles on one recharge. It also has a huge payload capacity that can accommodate a wide variety of body designs and configurations. This makes it able to be adapted for a variety of applications, such as paratransit, employee shuttles, micro-transit and vanpool service.
