It also has an automatic mop lifting system, which will lift the pad when it goes from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be used for rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. You can set it and forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's pricey. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing alternative for anyone who wishes to ditch their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can justify the hefty price tag, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the home. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on any type of floor and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also has a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I've tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. In addition it's not as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. With the L10S Ultra's high-end cost and robust features I would recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot vacuum and mop vacuum and robotic mop you could buy but its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an option than a necessity.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do in the cleaning dock. The application that runs the appliance is dense, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or select specific rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've created. There are a number of mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors of the mops to find the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is robust that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat way. Its 'Normal" pathing option covers a room well, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it's not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets with thick padding, but may not be able detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that remained after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and helps this robot get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
