The handle can be placed and angled to suit any user. Lever Pad

A Lever Pad door handle made of upvc functions differently from lever-type handles on doors. The handle can use a single spindle (inline) or independently from each side by using two offset or inline spindles (pad). They are generally employed on UPVC double glazing window handle-glazed doors and come in a variety of styles and finishes.

The handles have been tested to at least 200 000 cycles and are available in several finishes like White Silver, Chrome, & Gold. The finish is BS EN 1670 Grade 5 and resistant to corrosion. This provides the handle with a high performance and long-lasting durability for its intended use.

Euro Cylinders are available with up to six pins. Internal and external doors require different levels of security.

Choosing the right cylinder is essential; it depends on the way your doors and handles are utilized. For instance, exterior doors should be fitted with a higher security cylinder, while internal doors can be secured using the standard cylinder. Additionally, certain cylinders come with additional features that increase security, for instance anti-drill or anti-bump properties.

To make sure that the euro cylinder is of the right size for your door, it should be measured accurately. The cylinder needs to be measured from the screw hole in the center to the ends of the cylinder. This includes the thumb turn, if there is one. If you cannot measure with the lock in position, you can remove it. It is essential to avoid having a cylindrical lock that extends beyond the handle or escutcheon. This can make it susceptible to lock snapping attacks.

Most newer cylinders have been designed with anti-drill and bump resistance features that are built into their design. They are designed to decrease the chance of a attack by forcing the cylinder rotate in a different direction. This can help deflect the attack and protect your doors.

There are also cylinders that are constructed to withstand snapping. This is an increasingly common method of attack on cylinders, where the break line in the lock is targeted with a special tool to snap off the front of the cylinder to allow the door to be opened. This is a quicker and easier way to gain access than through the use of a multipoint locking system. It also leaves less evidence of the break-in which can hinder insurance claims.

Spring Cassette

The spring cassette is situated in the base plate of the door handle. It offers a spring-loaded solution to bring the multipoint lock handles to their normal position after using. These spring cassettes were created to be used with sprung multipoint lock. They will not fit handles that aren't sprung and you'll need to cut a hole into your backplate for them to fit.
