Inline Lever/Lever

The handles made of uPVC/Composite are made of tough materials and are perfect for doors with multiple points that require a strong design. The handles are inline and work with the same spindle as well as screw fixings. They can be easily incorporated into existing or new uPVC/Composite doors.

The spring lever design allows the handle to be positioned and angled for comfortable operation and is suitable for all users. The handle has been tested for endurance up to 200,000 cycles. This allows for the assurance of the quality of the finish and performance of the handle over time. The sprung lever can be cut to fit the widest range of locks. This is useful in doors that are narrower, where the cylinder is situated further away from the door. A shorter lever can be used for doors with a latch that can be opened by the thumb located on the inside.

Lever Pad

The lever pad upvc handle differs from the lever handles that are found on most doors. These handles can use a single spindle (inline) or independently from both sides using two inline or offset spindles (pad). They are usually utilized on UPVC doors with double glazed window handle double glazing windows handles and come in a range of finishes & variations.

Euro Cylinder

Cylinder locks are usually found on uPVC doors, but they can also be found on other types of doors. The cylinder lock is operated by using a key that unlocks the cylinder's casing. This reveals pins that can be aligned to the pins in the lock, allowing them to rotate the camera that rotates, opening the door. Euro cylinders are available with up to six pins. Doors that are internal and external require different levels of security.

The choice of the correct cylinder is essential; it depends on how your door and handle are used. To ensure that the euro cylinder is of the right size for your door, it must be measured correctly. The cylinder should be measured from the central fixing screw hole to the end of the cylinder, including the thumb turn if you have one. It is recommended to do this while the lock is in place however in the event that this is not feasible, you can take it off and take it off to measure. These spring cassettes are specially designed to be used with multipoint locks that are sprung, they will not fit unsprung multipoint handles and you will require a custom hole cut into your backplate to allow these to fit (please see image for technical diagram). They are a replacement for broken or missing cassettes in the backplates of door handles of numerous brands of uPVC doors. They are available as one unit. They come with a square cut out that accommodates an 8mm shaft.
