Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired like an armor, weapon, or rings. The item is replaced by an identical item upgrader however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.

Survivors can obtain reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item upgrader kit for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade item takes an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade item weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are many methods to get them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can add equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. Once a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item upgrader mod will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens.

The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will put an item in your inventory once you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
