It also comes with mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can set it and forget it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it started to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being that it's costly. Its sheer number of features make it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can justify the cost we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the most expensive robotic vacuum mop cleaner robot and mop combinations available. In my testing it did well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock empties its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance when compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out, and the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads that are bought separately, will need to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find however, its cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a desire than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. It is also equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a mop with a roller that cleans by itself which makes it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is constantly supplied with ozonated, clean water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then empty into a larger storage container. The onboard tank can hold a substantial amount of water and handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic hoovers vacuums/mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task by cleaning the dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do select this option, you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot hoover brands that allow you to use your personal choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a good bit of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite complex, with a broad range of options to customize the cleaning process. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets with thick padding, but might not be able to identify smaller objects like electrical wires or rug tassels.

One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: The app offers an option that allows you to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last remnants of debris and dust left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
