The X40 Ultra is also the only robot in our tests that is fully self-refill and empty its base station and it has an its own self-cleaning mop pads.

The X40, like other iRobot products, is simple to operate. It has a simple mobile app interface that is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit. The only drawback is that it's a noisy unit that could be problematic if you run it in the morning prior to work or in the evening as you attempt to sleep.

It's also a bit costly however, not as much as the Ecovacs MaxV Ultra or Roborock S8 Omni, which are equally impressive and attractive. If you're willing some more volume and a little more cost it's a efficient two-in-one device that should delight most.
