The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking to buy a robot vacuum that also mops then this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than the other options which makes it more maneuverable in tight spaces or under furniture. It comes with a 220 degree Lidar that, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, provides some of my favorite navigation and avoidance capabilities I've seen in a robotic cleaner and mop vacuum. It's got a battery of 4600mAh that can last for up to 170 minutes if mopping and sucking is set to standard mode. (It can be more efficient when using turbo). It can even return to its dock to recharge its battery in mid-clean.

It's extremely fast and does an excellent job cleaning my two-bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and hallways in just one motion. Its 8,000pa suction motor will quickly pick up dirt, crumbs and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects carpets and the double side brush helps to remove debris from corners.

The mopping performance is less impressive, though not by a lot. The rotating mop spins fast and makes use of 2.2lbs to scrub dirt and stain. I've noticed that the front arm extends out a little more than other robots. This is useful in tight corners or along baseboards. Those same front arms can be used to sweep larger objects, such as broken toys or books.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mop and vacuums I've tried. It is quieter and doesn't make as much noise when vacuuming or mopping. The only issue is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform its mopping function and is sold separately from the vacuum. It's simple to install and performs well however this is something that you'll have to be aware of in case you're purchasing this vacuum for the sole purpose of it mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from most robot vacuums that mops in its class. It is a powerful cleaner with a range of features.

The device is equipped with an efficient cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This enables it to map out the house and also detect furniture and other obstacles. This information can be used to clean efficiently and methodically. This results in an effective, consistent cleaning robot mop and vacuum which is also relatively fast.

In terms of mopping, Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads are capable of reaching an array of surfaces. This includes corners, baseboards and other difficult to reach spots. The side brush can be stretched to reach the floor close to walls and other fixtures. Additionally, the mop pads can be cleaned and dried to prevent build-up and reduce odors.

App-based customization is another notable feature. The Q Revo lets you adjust the amount of suction, and choose between a back-andforth or more random patterns. You can also adjust the number of passes it should make, which will determine how quickly the device can move through your home. You can also choose to turn off the side brush to prevent damaging rugs and carpets.

The device is costly, but has many smart features. It's crucial to remember that it carries recurring costs in the form of mopping supplies and maintenance. For example, a brushroll needs to be replaced every six to 12 months or after 300 hours. The filter should be cleaned after 150 hours and the mop pad should be replaced every one to three months.

This robot vacuum that mops has an excellent rating on Amazon and offers a wide array of physical automation features. The vacuum also has an energy button that doubles as a 'Clean' button' and a Home button that allows it to go back home after cleaning. It also has a multifunctional dock that automatically emptys the dustbin and refills its water tank to mop and washes and dry its mop pads.

The Shark Matrix Plus

If you're a busy professional or someone who just wants an organized home that doesn't require hours doing chores then the Shark Matrix Plus is a solid choice. It has powerful performance, smart navigation, and a long battery life that makes it easy to keep your home tidy with little effort.

The Matrix Plus robot vacuum cleaners best vacuum is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop. It is able to perform vacuuming as well as mopping. It has two modules: a combined dry bin and reservoir of water, and a separate mopping unit with microfiber pads that snap into and out of the way. Separate modules for vacuuming and mopping may appear a bit dated however, they mean you don't have to worry about changing bags for disposables or refilling the tank with water.

Our testers discovered that the Matrix Plus did a great job at both vacuuming and mopping. Its greatest feature is its precise floorplan map, which it utilizes when cleaning. The Matrix Plus was able to navigate effortlessly between rugs, furniture, and other obstacles. The app also gives you the option of setting "No-Go zones" and virtual barriers, which can help to shield certain areas of your home from being swept with a mop.

The Matrix Plus also did a surprising job of picking up pet hair. It was able to collect a lot of the hair our cats shed, and even got into some of the corners and crevices of our stairs, where other robots struggled. The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, however it comes with some unique features that make it worth taking into consideration. The X1 Omni is most notable for its massive dock that doubles as a charging base for the robot hoover and mop, a sink for robot vacuum that mops cleaning and two water tanks that are 4 liters in size. It also houses two bins: a 2.5-liter dust bin and an 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

The base comes with several control buttons that let you manually start a cleaning task, recall the robot or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Hold down two buttons to toggle the child lock. This is a nice feature for parents worried about their children playing with the vacuum.

Like other robotic vacuums, the Omni Omni uses its camera to spot furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

Unfortunately this means that the X1 Omni can occasionally become so entangled with an obstruction, such as an electrical cord dangling across a rug, that it gets stuck and stops working until you manually free it. This was a rare occurrence however, it was a bit frustrating since the X1 does not have a "stuck status" alert in its application.

The X1 Omni isn't able to automatically switch from mopping mode to vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You will need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't a big deal aside from the fact that mopping pads haven't been cleaned and dried between use which could lead to mildew or mold.

On the bright side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who dreamed up its modern, sleek base and mopping pad. It's a huge departure from the utilitarian all-black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's a welcome sight for the market that is dominated by boxy models.
