The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum that also mops then this is the model to go for. It's smaller than the other models and makes it easier to maneuver in tight corners or under furniture. It features a 220-degree Lidar that, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, provides some of my favorite navigation and object avoidance features I've seen in a best robotic mop and vacuum vacuum. It has a hefty 4600mAh battery that can last for up to 170-minutes if mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it can run longer in turbo). It will even return to its dock to recharge its battery in mid-clean.

It's extremely fast and does a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It is able to vacuum carpeted rooms quickly and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and hallways with just one pass. The suction motor's 8,000pa will quickly pick up dirt, droppings, and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it comes into contact with rugs, and the dual side brushes help draw out debris from corners.

The mopping performance is a little less impressive, though not by a lot. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high speed and pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, easily cleaning up dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm protrudes out a little more than other robots. This is useful when you're trying to get into difficult corners or along baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to collect larger pieces of debris, such as books and toys that have been damaged.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mop and vacuums I've used. It doesn't make the same volume of sound when mopping or vacuuming and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it must utilize a specific mopping solution and is sold separately. It's easy to install and works well however, it's something you'll need to be aware of in case you're purchasing this vacuum for the sole reason of mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from most robot vacuums that mops in its class. It is a powerful cleaning machine with a variety of features.

The device comes with an impressive and powerful cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensors with an RGB camera to map your home and identify furniture and other obstacles. It can then use this information to clean methodically and effectively. This will ensure an even and thorough clean, while also being relatively fast.

In terms of mopping, Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads are capable of reaching many different surfaces. This includes baseboards, corners and Best Robot Vacuum That Mops other difficult to reach areas. The side brush can be stretched to reach the floor close to the walls and other fixtures. In addition the mop pads are able to be cleaned and dried to prevent the build-up of dust and reduce the smell.

You can also select the number of passes which will determine how quickly it can move around your home. You can also decide to disable the side brush to prevent damaging carpets and rugs.

This device has a fairly expensive price tag, but it has a variety of innovative features. However, it's important to remember that it carries periodic costs in the form of mopping supplies and maintenance. For example the brushroll needs to be replaced after 300 hours or every six to twelve months. The filter should be cleaned after 150 hours, and the mop pad needs to be replaced every one to three months.

The robot vacuum also comes with an energy button that doubles as a 'Clean' button' as well as a 'Home button that allows it to go home after cleaning. If you're a busy professional or someone who just wants a cleaner home without spending hours doing chores then the Shark Matrix Plus is a solid option. Its incredibly fast performance, sophisticated navigation, and long battery life allow you to keep a clean home with little effort.

The Matrix Plus robot vacuum reviews vacuum is an all-in-one mop and autonomous vacuum. It is able to perform mopping and vacuuming. The robot comes with two modules: a dry bin and water reservoir, and a separate mopping unit with a microfiber pad that snaps in and out of place. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming but it does mean you don't need to worry about changing disposable bags or refilling the tank of water.

The Matrix Plus performed well at both vacuuming as well as mopping. Its greatest feature is its precise floorplan map, which it employs when cleaning. The Matrix Plus was able to navigate through rugs, furniture and other obstacles. The app allows you to create 'No-Go Zones' and virtual barriers to prevent certain areas from being cleaned by a mop.

We also discovered that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well at picking up hair from pets. It was able capture a large amount of hair our cats shed, and even was able to get into the nooks and crannies of our stairs while other robots struggled. It was quiet and even had some pleasant jingles that indicated when it was starting or finished its work.

Its biggest drawbacks were its lack of sophistication and the necessity to change out the modules when switching between mopping and vacuuming. The app is not able to keep multiple maps. This can be a problem if your home has several floors. The Matrix Plus is a good option for those looking for a smart robot that can do both vacuuming and mopping.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. However, it does have some unique features which make it worth considering. The X1 Omni's biggest draw is its huge dock which serves as the robot's charging base as well as housing for two 4-liter water tanks, a clean sink, and an automatic 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically empties.

The base also comes with a set of control buttons that allow you to manually start a cleaning task or recall the robot or run the dock's auto vacuum and mop-emptying process. Press two of the buttons to switch on a child lock which is a great feature for parents who are worried about kids tinkering with the vacuum.

Similar to other robotic vacuums, the Omni Omni utilizes its camera to spot furniture and obstacles in its path and avoid them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system can map your home 10 times faster than conventional laser detection systems and is four times more accurate in finding objects.

The X1 can be prone to get stuck if it gets caught in a hazard like a power cable tangled over a rug. It will not work until you remove it manually. While it was not common, it was a frustrating experience when it happened and especially because the X1 Omni does not have an "stuck" status alert on its app.

Another issue that could be a problem is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during cleaning. You will have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad but the mopping pad isn't washed or dried between uses. This could lead to mildew and mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek, modern base and mopping pad. It's a significant contrast to the basic black bases of rivals like Roborock or iRobot. And it's an impressive sight in a market dominated by clunky boxes.
