Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item like an armor, Best item upgrade weapon or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next success result is rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be purchased by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item level upgrade to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item upgrader kit, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their accounts. Additionally players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. However, there are many methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that area. This process continues until the Best Item upgrade reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade item components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be applied and a minimum level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium and a number Upgrade tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide extra effects or an increased quality of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of that item, the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
