Lolita the Blue and Gold Macaw

Lolita's Personality

Lolita's care

Sadly, she never had a chance to return to the sea.

In 2022, the new owner of Miami Seaquarium, who calls Lolita as a cousin of theirs, promised to develop plans with a group of Lolita supporters known as Friends of Toki, and the Lummi Tribe to transport her to open water eventually. The plan would have included a facility located on the west coast of Washington where she could live for the rest of her life, receive human care and be monitored by researchers. The sanctuary pen could be hundreds of times bigger than her Miami home and surrounded by the actual ocean, not an actual concrete tank.

System II builds on the foundations introduced in System 1 with exercises on equipment. It also introduces teachers to the exercises that use the Spine Corrector, Magic Circle, Foam Rollers and Bars. This module comes with a handbook and a DVD with Lolita teaching you the system.

After you have completed the teacher training program of Lolita, you'll be able to teach The Pilates Method anywhere in the world! This course will help you to work safely, efficiently and professionally with clients. You will gain a thorough knowledge of all exercise movements and how they function. You'll be able to apply this knowledge to any body part to help your clients to feel confident, strong and safe. Lolita's Diet

Lolita's Health
