The armor sets with Set Bonuses are found in many places around Hyrule, such as the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.

Every piece of equipment in a Set includes a set of Set bonuses that go along with it. You can identify which ones these are by hovering over the item and then looking at the tooltip near the bottom. The Set Bonuses will show in the form of a red box.

Certain of these Set Bonuses are only available to a specific piece of equipment. If you have the complete Phantom Armor set, you will receive +8 defense (instead of the 3 defense that you receive with the majority of gear). Other sets can only be obtained by completing certain quests or purchasing them at the Auction House.
