The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned and not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is a game changer that can reach areas where robot vacuums can't.

The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional features that are smart. The operating level of the sound is also very high, which means this model may not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with the regular schedule. You can control all its functions using the Eufy app, which gives an overview of the system and plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers available, and it offers an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision, and the application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, create no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates smart carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination.

The docking station functions as an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins every time they need to be empty.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8, this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create a map of your area which allows it to know where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.

Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. And, if you want to save time, it can avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. If you have a variety of flooring in your house and don't want to spend extra money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we've tried.

With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and handy automation into a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed well. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a great job of navigating tight spots. It also does a very nice job of getting pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than the majority of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it can be configured to take a photo of any object it picks up (i.e. chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they aren't removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but not as great in mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
