It features a 220 degree lidar which, when paired with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the most effective navigation and object avoidance that I've ever seen in a robotic vacuum. It's got a battery of 4600mAh which can last up to 170 mins when mopping and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can be more efficient when using turbo). It can even return to its dock to replenish its battery in mid-clean.

It is very fast and does an excellent job of cleaning my two-bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms extremely quickly and hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallways, and living room in a single sweep. Its motor of 8,000pa is able to clean dirt, pet hair, and poop effortlessly. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects carpets and the dual side brushes help to clean debris from corners.

The mopping performance is a little less impressive, though not by much. The rotating mop spins at a high rate and pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly scraping away dirt and stains. I've also noticed that the front arms protrude out slightly more than other robots, which can be helpful to get into tight corners and along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to sweep larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys and fallen books.

Another good thing is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mops I've ever tried. It doesn't make as loud of a sound when mopping or vacuuming, and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only downside is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping, and is separate from the vacuum mop cleaner robot. It is easy to set up and performs well. However when you purchase this robot vacuum to mop, you will need to be aware of this.

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, but it comes with some distinctive features that make it worth taking into consideration. The X1 Omni's most appealing feature is its huge dock, which serves as the robot vacuum with mop's charging base and housing for two 4-liter water tanks, a clean sink and an automatic 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically eliminates.

It's a big departure from the utilitarian all-black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's an excellent choice for an industry dominated by boxy models.
