You could, for instance request the robot to clean the kitchen and living room thoroughly but leave the bedroom to itself. The S1 Pro's front collision sensors and smart navigation technology are also excellent and the robot is capable of detecting tiny obstacles that other models have difficulty overcoming. The only problem is that the best robot hoover tends to hit walls and objects at full speed. However, a quick look at the history of cleaning in the app will show you exactly what the robot completed, where it's going, and which obstacles he has run into or avoided.

The docking station has an LCD display that displays the time when maintenance is required, such as emptying debris and washing the water tank that is dirty. It's also able to mix detergent automatically into the water tank, using a 600ml bottle of the eufy's solution.

Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop come with plenty of running time and the mop is able to operate for an 184-minute runtime in Quiet mode and the vacuum able to do 136 minutes in standard mode before having to recharge or return to the base to replenish. The app is easy to use and intuitive that lets you look at every aspect of the cleaning.

2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the most recent version of the company's flagship best robot vacuum and mop mop and vacuum. The model of this year features two agitators built into its mopping pad. The hinged lid opens up to reveal a 350ml trash bin and 200ml tank of water. The water tank automatically empties and the bin auto-refills.

The only drawback I could find to this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't movable. You can replace the mopping cloth if needed, but it's difficult to remove the mount for washing manually. I've noticed that any plush carpet the robot crosses will come into contact with the Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and can cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra has a variety of smart features that include support for Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Siri. You can manage and set up these using the Roborock app that is also home to its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app lets you schedule cleanings and monitor the battery's lifespan. You'll have to go through a few steps to enable voice control on this model. It's a shame, considering how efficient it is otherwise.

3. Dreame X40

The app is simple and simple to use and the X40's intelligent features are simple to install. Users can program the X40 to clean at specific times. This is a great feature because it prevents the build-up of mould and unpleasant odours in the storage area, and it also makes mop systems more efficient.
