Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item, such as an armor, weapon, or rings. This swaps the current item for another of the same type, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an Best item upgrade that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next successful result is repeated. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the Best item upgrade's levels and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, Item upgrades he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want spend a lot of money. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally, players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is achieved by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade item level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.

Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used in addition to an initial amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Also, when an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the item upgrader mod type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but for the fact that it allows players to get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading The game will then place the Best item upgrade in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
