The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customised using an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save your home's maps, create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power and the amount of water your mop consumes.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for deep cleaning. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, which lifts the pad when it goes from laminate to tile hardwood, carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsed and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and returned to its base for a recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly complete and robust product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features makes it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can justify the cost we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line mop and robot cleaner vacuum. The price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum it was able to perform well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also excellent and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the water tank to use for mopping and even dries mop pads. It also comes with a real-time safety detection system and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as adept at removing stubborn stains as those found in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit, Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum dustbag, and water tanks must be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, that are bought separately, will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a budget I suggest a more basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot cleaner mop and robotic vacuum you can find but its high cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a wish than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming, and top-notch obstacle avoidance. It even comes with an automatic vacuum and mop mop that cleans itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements, and dumped into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water, and can handle up to half a dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box as do other robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you choose this feature however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my tests, but this may be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, and it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers many options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start the full map and then clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can pick individual rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all Roborock models we've tested like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat manner. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, however it is not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session.
