World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

The upgrading of your equipment is a vital part of equipping your character. Upgrades increase item damage and enhancements.

They also offer bonuses and enhancements. They can be purchased from the Blacksmith.

The upgrade button can be found on any item Upgrader mod. Every item recycled adds level to the gauge for upgrading.

Weapon

When an item is upgraded, it gains an initial damage bonus as well as a scaling factor that influences other stats. Certain upgrade components have aesthetic effects while others give additional attributes. These upgrades can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, or gathering tools. Most require that the equipment have an upgrade item slot available and meet certain specifications. The upgrade component can be removed from a weapon, armor or trinket, but it will not be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found by using the Black Lion Salvage Kit, Ascended Salvage tool, or a higher-tier salvaging tool for an item.

A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, for example Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is done through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. Depending on the weapon tier it can be done up to four times.

When the weapon is at the maximum level of upgrade, it may be rebuilt using a variety of different upgrade types to improve specific stats or add other bonuses and effects. All of these upgrades can be applied at once and their effects will differ based on how rare the weapon is.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game who can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area, and Smithing Master Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the type of damage that a weapon deals and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the standard weapons.

It is generally recommended to upgrade weapon damage first, then armour defense, then the other secondary stats as required by your build. It is not unusual to see melee Druids upgrade their weapons before upgrading any other equipment. This can help increase DPS. This is especially true for enchantments, which are extremely efficient in increasing the weapon's damage and other stats.

Armor

Item Upgrades let players enhance the effectiveness of certain armors, weapons trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades can also have other effects, such as an increase in damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades are available through crafting, buying from NPC vendors, in loot drops or as rewards from quests.

Armor can be improved by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. Most armor will upgrade to the next level following an upgrade. This is the case for most types of armor, though some items cannot be upgraded at all (such as the armor that is used as a starter in Great Sky Island).

Most armor upgrades offer only a slight increase in the item's defense or strength. However, some upgrade components can give significant increases to strength or defense, especially when upgrading an epic item upgrading.

Some upgrades provide special abilities which can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can prove beneficial in combat. For example they can increase the speed of attack or block. Certain upgrades provide passive effects that are useful for example, reducing damage while wearing armor, or increasing the chance of avoiding an attack.

Depending on the type of armor being used, upgrading an item could require multiple tries. If a player is looking to upgrade Steelclash armor into Dragonscale, then the first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor that has a defense base between 59-67. The second attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with an initial defense of 67-77 and so on.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To do so, they must visit each of the four locations known as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations holds the power of a fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.

Despite popular belief, armor is not useless in The Division 2. Certain armors give a substantial increase in the ability to reduce the damage caused by poison or curse, magic or fire. This makes them very beneficial for certain types of builds. There are other ways to increase the stats of armor beyond the use of upgradeable armor, such as the engineer trait to boost armor penetration, or the challenger trait to lower total weight.

Potion

By putting a potion in a stand for brewing, you will be able to unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks a brand new tier of potion effect, and can be repeated to unlock more potency levels.

The potions also get an individual color, which can be selected by the player via /give. The color will affect the area-of-effect clouds as well as the arrows generated. In Bedrock Edition the custom potion colour also applies to the particle effects of the potions.

The water bottle, mundane potions that are thick and awkward now have a fresh texture for brewing. Added potion of weakness and healing potion to the Creative inventory. Addition of lingering potions, which can be made with Dragon breath or splash potions. Also included is a thick potion which has the status effect Mining Fatigue. Trinket

A trinket could be an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece jewelry. It can be a necklace or ring. It could also be a small banner that marks the lateen yard of a boat. It could also refer to a gilded trinket on the mast of a ship.

This macabre trinket is believed to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze which makes them more prevalent. At present the trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more common and gives each floor the chance to contain an ebony mimic. Upgrades to this trinket require a moderate amount energy.

The magic of the enchanted scepter is believed to influence the dungeon, Item upgrader mod making it more likely to create grass and water. This trinket at the current level, will cause X% of the regular floors to be filled with water or grass. It does not affect glyphs, enchantments or cursed weapons or armor or other items that are created to solve hazards rooms.

This item upgrader, which appears like a newt's eyes, seems to affect your vision in a way that goes beyond simply decreasing your field of view. At its current level this trinket increases the overall health gained from drinking potions of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X% and gives you eyesight on enemies within Y tiles. This does not stack with the Heightened Senses.

After you have completed the Mastery Cave After completing the Mastery Cave, you will be able to find Trinkets by defeating Monsters and inside crates and chests in Skull Cavern. They are not available in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

When you have a trinket that requires upgrading put it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will have an effect on the trinket which is random that will either enhance or intensify its effects. You can reorge an Best item upgrader multiple times as often as you like, but it will always have an impact that is different from the one it was when you forged it.

You can upgrade your Trinkets at the Alchemy Station by placing them into the Magical Catalyst. It will cost you 6 energy and increase the power of the trinket by just a little.
