Path of Exile Item Upgrading

The ability to upgrade items allows players to enhance their weapons and gear with new affixes that boost its base stats or providing additional benefits. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory and access the kiln.

Typically, items that have weak bases (like rings) can be upgraded to a stronger base, whereas items with strong bases like eth titans do not vary in their stats following being upgraded.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets, and gathering tools. They provide an attribute bonus, upgrade item or an additional benefit, while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, gathered in loot, thrown away by enemies or received as a reward from missions or chests. Certain upgrades come with additional cosmetic effects. Most upgrades require the equipment to be above a certain level before they can be upgraded.

To upgrade a weapon, armor or other item in the game, players will have to select it and click the Upgrade item (bbs.pku.edu.Cn) button on the toolbar. This will display a preview on the right side of the screen, showing what the expected upgrade statistics will be and also the required element or material required for the upgrade to take place.

There are three kinds of upgrade components: universal upgrades, prefix upgrades, and suffix upgrades. Universal upgrades, such as gems, are able to be put on any type of equipment. Leveling

The upgrade system in Path of Exile has some important differences from earlier versions.
