World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses

Upgrade materials can be gathered by players as they provide clear content. They can then be used to improve or replace an item. Each item upgrader kit requires a specific kind of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, the materials are changed to a different name. For example, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.

Upgrades to items are essential to improve the performance of a character, but it is important to think about the cost before making any upgrades. The cost of upgrading an item could be a significant amount of gold which could be better used to purchase new equipment. This cost is the reason why it is best to upgrade only the most essential items in any given scenario.

However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item upgrader's level. This means that if you reroll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at that level and won't have its extra bonus.

Players can also make use of an additional mechanic, Eliminate, to eliminate any level Up option they have on their weapons or equipment. This is helpful if you've lost a gacha or want to reroll an item that has five stars. To do this, you'll have to create an account from scratch or sign up through social media.

Additionally, there's an Occultist in each town that can be visited to alter a weapon's or armor's Aspects, stats, or attributes. This is helpful if you have a five-star epic unit you'd like to make better, or if you have an elite four-star character that you're struggling with.

Rerolling tokens can be obtained by completing certain quests. These can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold, or you can find them in the holozon boxes that are dropped after completing certain dungeons. Sets

A set is a collection of items that share some similarity. You use sets every day for things like dozen eggs or a group of friends. They are useful because they help you organize things, and operations like intersection, union and difference can help you to manage them effectively. Sets can be utilized in many different ways, from arranging music on a playlist, to classifying students by their grades.

In Nioh the game uses Sets to give special effects when players wear armor of a set of armor. These bonuses, known as Set Bonuses, are similar to and sometimes better than Effects. Although it is not explained why the armor sets must be worn together in order to generate these additional effects they are a good way to change things up when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses can be found many locations in Hyrule including the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.

Each piece of equipment in a Set has a number of Set Bonuses that are associated with it. You can identify which ones these are by hovering over the item and Item Upgrader Kit looking at the tooltip at the bottom. The Set Bonuses will show in an orange box.

Certain of these set bonuses are only available to specific pieces of equipment. For instance, if you have the complete Phantom Armor set you will get +8 defense (compared to the normal +3 defense offered by most equipment). Other sets can only be obtained by completing certain quests or buying them through the Auction House.

It is also possible to get Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. For instance, if have the complete Kestra's Descent set and the parts that match from the Twinblade of Shadow you will receive the + version of that set's bonus when you soul be able to match it.

Unlike Effects which change every when you upgrade item them, Set Bonuses are the same, even as the pieces of equipment they're connected to increase in. If an item is exemplarized too low, then the set bonus will not work.

Set bonuses

While Set Bonuses do not stack within sets, they do stack between sets. This is great for players looking to mix sets in the best possible way. It requires some planning. Since set bonuses only affect the shell of the equipment (not the armoring, mod or enhancement), you have to be aware of where you place them.

One important thing to remember is that a set bonus's strength will not change if you exemplar more than three levels below the minimum level allowed for an Enhancement of that kind. This rule doesn't apply to purple (Very rare) Sets, PvP Sets and Archetype Origin Sets. Their set bonuses will be in effect regardless of the exemplar level.
