The Roomba J7+, iRobot's smartest robot vacuum cleaner sale to date, is the Roomba j7+. Its most notable advancement, however, is its camera-based obstacle detection system. Although the iRobot Home app is very easy to use however, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that work with robotic vacuum cleaner commercial cleaners. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, meaning it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas of your home. It's also unable to climb stairs as well as other models and isn't equipped with a dock that can create a cleaning zone for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an excellent choice for those who want a robot vacuum that does it all.

If you're looking to save money or aren't averse to the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options available. Many of the eufy models cost considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example, is cheaper and offers an identical experience on the app with more features like stairs, a fully-function dock, and superior overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.

It has a larger dust bin that does not require as much emptying. It also comes with boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't need to be emptied as frequently, and it has less trouble with bulky materials such as cereal.
