Another issue we encountered was with its intelligent features, particularly the mapping function and digital keep-out zones. While it did a good job of avoiding our furniture legs and shoes but it could easily be stuck by socks and cables, and couldn't handle the tassels that adorn rugs. That's the reason we didn't choose to include it in our Best Buy list. The Scout RX3 offers a good price and impressive performance. It's worth looking into as an alternative to uprights that are traditionally used.
