World of Warcraft Item Upgrader

Rerolling

A sword, for instance could be upgraded to a halberd using an Item Upgrade upgrader which increases the damage of certain stats. This can result in increase in attack speed and damage of all abilities on the item, including those that don't use physical attacks. The upgrade will not alter the base damage of a sword.
