1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuum cleaner vacuums and mop combinations on the market. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of rooms and floors.

The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which comprises linoleum in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms and also a large rugs and a medium-pile. It was capable of driving close to walls and even over raised thresholds without any problems. However it was a bit difficult getting down the stairs in one go. The S1 also did a great job of cleaning hard floors, with its mop driving effortlessly on its flat side against the floor, and then lifting itself when it was near carpet or carpet.

The S1's docking station automatically emptys its trash bin and fills its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also provides an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1 water tank is able to hold up to 12 mopping sessions, however this will vary based on how often you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like other 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the dirty tank to avoid it becoming blocked. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors frequently to avoid them from getting clogged by dust or dirt. But, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, particularly compared to other combos that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for your cleaning requirements. Its robot vacuum has 8700Pa of suction power and comes with a variety of unique features, including voice control and smart path scheduling that cleans furniture and eliminates obstacles. The mopping capabilities of the robot are impressive. Rotating mop heads actually lift the floor and scrub it, rather than simply moving a pad across the surface. The mops can also be cleaned and dried at the base station if needed.

The robot comes with a simple interface that guides you through the process. It includes an electric hand vacuum that can be recharged for those hard-to-reach areas that the robot isn't able to reach as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and filled when required. It has a variety of useful settings that allow you to fine tune your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum robotic cleaner and mop. It has a strong suction which can easily pick up dirt and other debris that other robots struggle with. Its navigation abilities are also quite good, though it could get stuck on small area mats and rugs at my home (which you can alleviate by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Its mopping capabilities are also quite good and include a pair of mops which can lift and scrub the floor instead of drag the pad across it. The mops can also be cleaned with heated water, robot vacuum and mop and dried in the basestation as required. The mops can also be replenished at the top of the station as required.

3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. However, their latest flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It has outstanding cleaning robot mop and vacuum performance and hands-free maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our top robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection and an extended side brush ensure that an effective, customized cleaning is completed.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and small particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It was able to clean the dirtiest areas of our tests with ease by avoiding pet hairs as well as other dirt. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by an additional side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that is placed along baseboards.

Its navigation is smart that can navigate small spaces and negotiating stairways without skipping a step. It can move from one room to another without reversing direction it is a useful feature for homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is not as advanced than some competitors, and leaves a huge space over obstacles. This could lead to missing spots.

The interface of the app is easy to use and streamlined. It should be simple to use for both novices and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleaning tasks. You can also alter suction power, mop settings and view 2D and 3-D maps. You can control it via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can even remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You'll need a stable Wi-Fi connection in order to operate it via the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 pro

A robot vacuum does an excellent job of removing dirt and debris but it's not always able to get every last piece of dust. It's essential to clean your home frequently, every week. This is especially true for dust that collects in corners, on shelves, and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums and mop, is designed to do just that. It is easy to connect it to your home WiFI network and works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive S-series models from the company, including the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It is equipped with the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it's less expensive because it doesn't come with mopping capabilities and has a plastic body.

Although it's no longer able to mop floors, the Q5 still has some of the best mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot in this price range. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa, and an automatic empty system that means you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It also features a smart app that lets you set the type of floor and schedule cleanings, as well as an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system for hands-free operation.

The mops are also quite impressive with 2700Pa of power that can tackle dirt, dust, and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. The Q5 is among the few robots we tested that didn't show any trouble with high-pile carpets and area carpets, but it didn't pick up cat litter or cable tangles, which is no surprise given that it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we have tested. It also utilizes a unique system to map your home. This really helps it get into places that other vacuums cannot reach. It also stores dust in a bigger dustbin which means you need to empty it less often. Furthermore, it comes with washable filters that further lower the cost of using the device. The robot is able to detect carpets, and boost suction if necessary. The app allows you to mark areas you want to stay clear of, which is a nice feature.
