Items can be upgraded by any NPC who is an upgrader in the game. These NPCs are located in the major questing areas or capital cities. Players can also find upgraders when they visit dungeons with high-level bosses, or by talking to NPCs in their garrisons of their faction.

The World of Warcraft item upgrade system allows players to increase the level of weapons, armor and trinkets. You will also require various quantities of Minerals and Erons.

Time is a factor.

Upgrades to items can be a great way to boost your ship's performance and gear without needing to upgrade them.
