The Eufy X10 offers a wide range of features at a reasonable price. It does everything you could ask a robot vacuum and mop to do, all at a reasonable cost.

This model does an excellent job of handling floor cleaning tasks without hands from mopping to sweeping and even dusting. The base station is a slightly larger than other models and requires 50cm of space either side and 150cm front but for those with the room it's capable of offering an entirely hands-off clean.

Its advanced navigation technology can determine the layout of your home, and then store and utilizing the data within its internal memory without ever transferring it to the cloud or another external source. Combining AI See with iPath laser mapping technology the X10 is able to effectively keep track of room layouts and optimize cleaning routes for effectiveness and efficiency.

The X10 smart object recognition system is also very efficient, allowing it identify and avoid hazards such as power cords. It can be programmed to clean and replenish the battery on its own this is a nice touch. However, I noticed that the X10 could get stuck on some more thick rugs, crashing noisily over them and occasionally pushing its front brush into them.

Overall it's a top quality robo vacuum and mop that's disappointed by a confusing app. Eufy Clean's app isn't as easy to use as the iRobot App, which guides you through the process of setting up your affordable robot vacuum up and shows you how to use it. It's a great option for those who want to personalize it.

4. SwitchBot S10

The SwitchBot S10 is a full-fledged vacuum cleaner and mop robot, which gives the best of both worlds to cleaning your home. It features a unique two-station design framework that allows it to provide mopping water and collect dust in the same machine, which results in full automated cleaning (visit the next post).

5. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an upgrade from Switchbot's bestselling Mini robot vacuum. This latest version combines an innovative Anti-Tangle Rubber Brush with an Advanced Position Sensitive Detector sensor (PSD) and a higher suction power up to 3000Pa for better corner coverage.

Using SLAM navigation and an intuitive app using SLAM navigation, the K10 Plus cleans thoroughly and efficiently. The PSD sensor and rotary brush work in tandem to navigate furniture. The four-stage cleaning process is a consolidated method that collects cleans, lifts and sweeps debris from carpets and floors. The dustbin will empty itself, which means there's no need to empty it frequently.

The app can also be used to mark off areas of the space which you want the device to stay clear of like pets toys or power cords. This is a feature that's commonly found in robotic vacuums. It's helpful when certain areas of your home need more attention.

You can set the K10 Plus to return to its base station every 60 90, 75 or 60 minutes to automatically empty its dust bin. This is an enormous improvement over other robots that have to be returned on a regular basis and manually empty to save time.

In my tests I found that the K10 Plus had a very good battery life result. It lasted for 110 minutes in a single run. This is more than the iRobot Roomba Combo's 127 mins.

The K10 Plus is a compact device that can easily be placed under furniture or in smaller spaces. It connects to Wi-Fi and supports Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri shortcuts. It integrates with IFTTT Samsung SmartThings, Samsung SmartThings as well as IFTTT. Its app tracks how often you use its accessories, such as the side brushes, filters and dust bag. This will let you know when it is time to replace them.
