Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save maps of your home and create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, which is why it's a natural choice to be with features. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pets, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum cleaner best vac we've tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on an object.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also has mop lifter technology that will lift the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and then dried with the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means you can put it away and forget about it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for about 160 minutes before it started to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've test.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only drawback is that it's costly. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. Its high-end price is justified by its robust feature set, which includes a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, fills up the water tank for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned out and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to note that the mop pads that are bought separately, must be replaced regularly too.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're looking to save money I suggest a more basic model that will allow you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy but its high cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a want rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It is also equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean in order to clean the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller is nearly the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro removes the mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked in by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. However, if you do select this option you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot hoover and mop brands that allow users to use their own choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it still has some amazing features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot cleaner with mop's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning robot mop and vacuum up a significant portion of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is complex, and offers a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map out the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've evaluated like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The machine has a major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a simple solution: The app offers an option that allows you to "clean up", at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that remained after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot hoover and mop to clean up a bit better than its cheaper competitors.
