The Q Revo is a fantastic option if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that's mid-range. It gives a great mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.

In tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as other models do to locate your home.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is setup, you can start cleaning automatically with just one button press. You can choose an overall clean that emphasizes cleaning up larger debris like rice and cereal or go for two detailed maps of your area to ensure that your home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as some other models and can remove pet hair without difficulty. It's not the best time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot says it will get better with the next models.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that concentrates on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. When it is about robots that combine mopping and vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those on more expensive models. And its mopping system is even better as its spinning pads scrub floors better than a vibrating pad.

The only drawback is the lack of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. However, that's not a big deal for those who want to own one of the best robots on the market. The dust tank on the robovac is larger than its competitors. Filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you have maximum dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less aggressive than the higher-powered ones generate very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without interruption. It will gently bump into furniture or walls and then move away if it comes across one.

What makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost autonomously with very little need for user intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that automatically moves physical trash to the hidden bin and washes and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of nagging you only when something is in need of attention, like the water tank being empty or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. This is a great feature to have if you have several rooms in your home that have different floor materials or if there's some clutter that must be cleared out frequently, like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, removing debris from carpets as well as hardwoods in its first run. 3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a high-end robot vacuum and mop and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it has an excellent vacuum with a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, as well as an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans mop pads to keep them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it is sleeker and more modern design thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). 4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with a host of convenience features you don't often see on robots at this price. It is able to build precise floor maps, recognize different types of flooring and is one of the few to automatically wash and dry the mop pads. But while these functions are useful but they also push the L10s Ultra into the luxury category which could make it a little more expensive than the average homeowner need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It is slim and tall, with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home.
