WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost in specific statistics. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by 3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.

Upgrades are items that can be used for weapon, armor, tool and accessory upgrades. They can be purchased from item upgraders NPCs for a variety of currencies. They are also available on random treasure lists. Another significant change is that crests only have one purpose therefore it's essential to use them properly.
