The mopping mode that is the basic one uses the same water reservoir as the vacuuming mode. While this is a good option for loose spills, you can't regulate the amount of water it consumes which can limit its effectiveness when dealing with more severe stains. However, it does an excellent job of removing pet hair, with a higher percentage of hair removal than the Roborock S7.

The company is known for its quiet home appliances, Miele's RX2 robot vacuum comes with outstanding cleaning power, stunning design and excellent navigation. However, most powerful robot vacuum it does have some operational hiccups that keep it from ranking as the best overall smart robot vacuum.

It's not the most efficient climber, and it has problems with transition strips made of metal.
