It also features a large LCD display that is great to have when creating schedules or changing settings. This feature isn't required for the majority of people, but it can help you to keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design and functionality are some of the best value robot vacuum on the market however, it's also expensive.

It is a relatively small base station that looks beautiful and is easily hidden when not in use. The primary selling point of the station is that it can automate many tasks, functions and chores that other robots leave to you. It can store dirty and clean water and also electrolyze and warm the water. Many other robots require you to perform this.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It's the only robovac I've tested that does well at picking up debris from bare floors. And it's not as loud as the costly Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, which means it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of the home. It's also not able to climb stairs as well as other models and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning area for plush carpets.

Although it doesn't provide as many in terms of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many in-app shortcuts like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those seeking a great all-round robot vacuum and mop that's worth the premium price cost.
