It's also the first to automatically send you a picture of the object it comes across so you can tell it to avoid it in the future.

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot automated vacuum cleaner and mop that's impressively smart in both its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is one of the top in the market, but it's expensive.

It's a tiny base station that looks great and is able to be concealed when not in use. But the station's main selling feature is the way it automatizes many tasks and functions that most other robots leave up to you. It can store clean and dirty water and electrolyze and heat the water. Most other robovacs will require you to do this.

And its vacuuming is impressive as well. It's one of the only robovacs that I've tried that does very well at cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.

The Freo X Ultra is not free of faults, especially when it comes navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas of your home. It's not able climb stairs as well as competitors, and it doesn't have an dock that allows you to create an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for plush carpets.

While it doesn't offer as much in the way of cleaning options available in its app, or as many shortcuts in the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those seeking a great all-round mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the premium price tag.

However, if you're looking to save money, or just don't care about the limitations of this robotic there are many other options available with a wide range of eufy models priced substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and provides an identical experience on the app with more features, including stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall vacuuming performance on bare floors and low and high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, a Anker company, has a track record of producing robot vacuums that strike the right balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different it offers a high-quality cleaning of hard floors as well as mopping functions as well as carpets at a reasonable price. It's simple to set up, just snap one of the side brushes on, turn it on, and plug it into the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps required to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. It has a bigger dust bin that does not require the same amount of emptying. It also comes with border strips that block it from certain areas. The G30 however, is more affordable and a lot easier to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't have to be empty as often, and it has less difficulty handling bulky products like cereal.
