The special model can be purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. For example the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet features the display of a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft on display inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running across the back of the vehicle, with an air vent in the shape of a B that features W.O. The front grille is designed in 1930s-style Onyx, and there's an optional chrome application around the lower spoilers on the left and right. The front grille has distinct design, featuring a chrome-colored mesh replacing the body-color mesh of Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.

The key box is decorated with Bentley wings and is fitted with an black flock lining. Individual key pouches can be purchased to complement or enhance the key box. The set includes a bespoke 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and the paperweight that flies with the letter 'B as well as an illustrated brochure that includes images that have never before been seen of the original 1930s 8 Litre.
