World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide

The Upgrade item is a unique evolution item level upgrade that trainers can use to transform Porygon into Porygon2. This evolution requires an upgrade and a Sinnoh Stone and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and weapons. They offer an added bonus or effect while the equipment in use. They can be purchased from vendors or other players, looted, gotten as rewards, or made using crafting materials. Alongside providing attribute bonuses, upgrade items can also have cosmetic effects.

Infusions, inscriptions and enhancements are all types of upgrade components. They are generally not available for general use and they can only be applied to ascended equipment or some non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, and enrichments can be recovered from equipment by using an Infusion Extraction Device, or saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Unlike other upgrade items Phoenix Boxes, unlike other upgrade items, can be traded while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and they can be reused after being reclaimed. These upgrade items are the most effective way to improve the quality of armor and weapons without spending Dilithium because they can increase the item's chance of receiving a high-quality upgrade by two times.

Upgrade components can be added to an item, but the previous one is destroyed (except for legendaries and upgraded equipment). Only upgraded items that have an identification level of 0 or higher can have upgrade components added to them. The addition of an upgrade to a weapon that is already equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade will display the name of the new item in the same way as it appears in game (for example, adding a Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player is limited to up to three upgrade items at one time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are a useful addition to any item level upgrade, because they offer numerous unique benefits and boosts. Certain glyphs can increase the number of affixes attached to an item, increasing the overall power of the item. These glyphs can be obtained through dungeons, and some even drop in certain World Tier 3 areas. However, it's important to keep in mind that glyphs are not available on a character that has not been able to create an area of root dungeons with the same depth.

In order to use a Glyph, you must first build it from components and connect them with anchors. Then, the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you don't want to build the glyph from components, you can build it by combining paths and anchors. Then, drag the element near an element highlighted to snap it into place.

Certain glyphs have requirements to fulfill, for example having 25 Dexterity or more in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a certain number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which may be a challenge to attain. Certain glyphs have a radius that increases with each level.

Glyphs are used for a wide variety of items and can be added to all weapons, with the exception for the weapons of a particular class. Some of these glyphs require conditions for example, like having a certain number of Dexterity or Attack damage in a specific area on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph has an 5% chance to deflect attacks from enemies. It also has a chance of 15% to make the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

There are also a few glyphs that can be applied to tools with limited-use capabilities, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. Adding these glyphs will contribute to the Combat Mechanic achievement.

The most common glyphs in the game are the attack glyphs which boost Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed amount. They are particularly useful for classes that are ranged such as Warriors and Rogues. The Exploit Glyph renders enemies who attack the Hero vulnerable to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens can be used for rerolling a result rolled during an Action. They are destroyed when the reroll happens. Reroll tokens can be gained in several ways, including through raids, dungeons, and skirmishes. You can also buy them in the store, or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons or trials because they let players play a reroll of rewards from the end chest.

Recycle points are available for items at the level 1. The upgrade gauge will grow by a certain number of points when you recycle an item. This number will increase depending on the item's value and rarity. Additionally, the upgraded item upgrades won't keep its level after rerolling, and the cost for recycling an upgraded item goes up depending on its level.

Alternately, players can use reroll tokens in order to make an upgrade item rerollable, but this will not bring the item back to its original condition or provide the original statistics. This is useful for players who want to reroll a piece of equipment they don't love but want to keep in their collection.

Three different kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - the reroll, the randomly generated, and upgrade. Each type comes with a couple of subtypes. Reroll tokens, for example come in three types: rare, legendary, and enhanced. Each level requires an item from the level to create a new item of that quality.

To use tokens that reroll, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token you want to use. The tokens available are Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns and Focus. Using an Item token will produce an entirely new Item of any quality. A Weapon or Misc token can create a new weapon of the same faction.

The item may be upgraded to a new item with similar stats, but at a higher level. This is likely to occur if the item been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool, or if it was transferred there as part of the franchise card.
