Best Robot Vacuum and Mop With Self-Empting Bases

A self-emptying base makes the robot vacuum worthwhile especially for those who live in large houses. It means you won't have empty the bin more than times during a run, which keeps it running more often and keeping your floors tidy.

Its Lidar navigation does an excellent job of mapping and you can also use the app to set zones and cleaning schedules. It didn't avoid objects like furniture legs or shoes as well as the Q Revo and j7.

1. iRobot Combo J7+

The Combo J7+ robot vacuum and mop is the first from iRobot. The Combo J7+ is the excellent iRobot j7 robot vacuum and adds a reservoir of water, a robotic arms that raises and lowered mopping mats, and new sensors. The Combo J7+ does not have the smart mopping features that we have in our top choice, but it still does an impressive job of Effortless Cleaning with Verefa V60 Pro: Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum. It has a powerful brush roll that is effective on both hard floors and carpeted rooms. It is able to easily slide between furniture and rugs even on stairs that are steep. It has a powerful suction, which we found impressive, although it is not as strong as the Roomba's 694 from iRobot.

The Combo j7+ is distinguished from other robot vacuums by its mopping feature, which uses the rotating brush to scrub the floors. iRobot calls it SmartScrub, and it works by moving back and forth, mimicking the way you scrub a floor using a mop. It can be activated on a room-by-room basis within the iRobot app.

The J7 Plus is simple to use and set up, just like other iRobot Robots. It's also easy to maintain. Both the dust bin and the water tank can be removed to make cleaning easier. The iRobot App lets you watch instructional videos on how to maintain the different components of the machine. For instance replacing the mopping pad, or filtering the water tank.

The only issue is that the iRobot Combo J7+ only mops if it has mopping pads and its 210ml water tank is fully filled. If one of these is missing, it vacuums. You can easily monitor the tank's water level via the iRobot app, and if it's low you'll receive an alert to refill it.

2. Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is a budget robot that does a great job at mopping and vacuuming. The mopping efficiency, especially considering the price, is impressive. It is great for hard floors and carpets, picking up large and small pieces of debris (think hair tangles or cat litter). It also does an excellent job of cleaning up the dried stains and spills. It is also excellent for cleaning up stairs and other places where it is easy to get stuck.

The mopping system uses a rotating pad to scrub floors with water, which lifts dirt and grime, including on stuck-on spots. The pad is also thoroughly dried by circulating 45 minutes of warm air after each cleaning, preventing mold and unpleasant odors. You can control the robot with the Roborock App or with your voice to begin mopping and change settings.

Its vacuuming performance is top-quality, too. It features a powerful suction and high-efficiency filter that can handle fine to large debris easily. The only drawback is that it's not as effective on carpets with pet hair. After two vacuuming sessions at maximum power 10 percent of pet hair remained on the surface. This isn't unheard of.

The Q Revo has many advantages with its outstanding cleaning and mopping to its excellent navigation and obstacle avoidance. It's not as great as the more expensive robot mop and vacuum, however, it's an excellent option for anyone on a tight budget. It can also charge up to 30% quicker than its predecessors and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri Shortcuts. This is a lot of convenience for for sale not a whole lot of money. 3. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube is a vacuum mop robot that operates well and comes with excellent features at a affordable price. Setup is a breeze and takes only five minutes. After removal of the tape for manufacturing and protective plastic, a quick scan of the QR code on the app will get you started. The app is intuitive and guides you through the process in a simple manner. Once it is set up, you are able to start mapping and cleaning.

The app lets you modify your home's layout and design maps that the robot will follow. The app lets you split rooms into smaller parts to allow them to be targeted more specifically. You can create an outline of the kitchen and another for the living room. The robot will then sweep the floors at different times in each room.

The Yeedi Cube is unique compared to other robots I've tried. It has an industrial look. Its base station is more modular than the others and has the water-draining tank and auto-empty feature on one side, and the vacuum on the other. The mop pad, which is reusable, is a separate item, slipping into the top of the robot and being attached to a handle at the front for easy removal and refilling.

The vacuum is as efficient as any robot I've tried, and it comes with two side brushes as opposed to the single brush on most models. This increases the coverage area of the vacuum, making it less likely to drop debris on furniture and walls. However, it does have some issues with object detection and a tendency to move at full speed through objects, like a tassel rug in my office.

4. iRobot Braava Jet m6

The iRobot Braava Jet m6 is a capable robot mop that can do its job well and keeps your hard floors looking beautiful every day. It cannot vacuum like the other hybrids and cannot move from hard floors to carpets or rugs. However, with its long battery life and intelligent mopping features, this robot is a great choice for small and mid-sized homes.

It can be employed in dry sweeping mode, which can clean up to 1,000 sq. feet. in a single charge. It can also map your floor plan with the iRobot App and clean rooms in sequence using compatible Roomba Vacuums.

In wet mopping, the m6 uses precision sprays to dampen the floors in straight lines. It was fascinating to watch, and it was able to remove even the most stubborn dried-in coffee stains and juice stains from my floors. It can be set to use less or more water than the maximum amount of water specified in the app.

The iRobot app is among the best self-emptying robot vacuum for pet hair on the market and makes syncing to your home wifi easy. It comes with a variety of user-friendly features including scheduling, room partitioning, and creating no-go areas. This gives you complete control over the machine. You can also check how much power is left in the battery, so you know how long before it has to be docked or recharged. The m6 is available from My Robot Centre in the UK for £499 and the iRobot store in the US for $399 and at Amazon (where it's currently available for sale). It's available in white and graphite.

5. Shark RV2610WA

The price of vacuum and mop robotic cleaners is an issue. They are easy to use, but expensive. The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 robotic vacuum and mop with XLHEPA Self-Empty Base, which we tested, costs $699 / PS559 or approximately 1,054 AUD. If you don't want the charging base, it will still cost $549/PS395 or approximately $775 AU.

The Shark RV2610WA is a good choice for anyone who needs a robot that is able to tackle both vacuuming and mopping. It makes use of sonic mopping to scrub floors 100 times per minute, and it's also capable of deep cleaning stubborn stains using its stain-lifting system. The app lets you program the machine to clean at a certain time and date. It also has an intelligent feature that allows you to control your robot even when you are away.

As far as vacuuming is concerned, the Shark performs well and is able to remove most debris, but it's not as impressive on carpets. It's easy to trap pet hair in the brushroll, and its dirt compartment can get stuffed quite quickly. There are a few parts that require regular maintenance and replacement. This can lead to recurring expenses.

For the price There are better options available. The iRobot Combo J7 Plus offers superior performance on both carpets that are not bare and with high pile. It's better built and has a larger dust bin and can move over obstacles such as electrical cords better. The iRobot cleaner is more expensive, but it's worth it if you want a versatile vacuum that can do both tasks with ease.
