After a string of social media posts that hinted at it, Italian supercar maker Lamborghini finally revealed its NFT (non fungible token) Project. The project is dubbed Space Key and created in collaboration with an undisclosed artist the project is based on a piece of advanced carbon fiber composite material that was sent to the International Space Station for research purposes.

The new project, dubbed the Space Key - is a piece of art made by a collaboration with an artist who is not known. The NFT is a unique piece of digital art that can be accessable via a QR code. The project is limited to five pieces and will be auctioned in the coming weeks.

The Space Key is made from carbon fiber composite materials that Lamborghini sent to the International Space Station in 2019 as part of research project. The heart of every Space Key is a block made of the most advanced carbon fire composite material that was sent to the International Space Station in 2019 as part of a research project. After returning to Earth the space key was engraved with an QR code that connects it to the digital element of the Space Key.

Each of the five Space Keys features a different moment that takes place at different times when the Lamborghini Ultimae takes off towards the stars. Over 600 million pixels make each of the five images, which were taken by photographer Fabian Oefner.

Oefner used an inflatable camera that had lenses to capture the individual images, which were later assembled into the final photograph. The result is an out of this world photo that captures the beauty of the Earth and the futuristic, hyper-realistic look of the car erupting from it. The Space Keys are going to be auctioned off in the near future, but there's no precise date or location as of yet.
