The special model, which can be ordered on a long-wheelbase or a regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was influenced by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. Its influence can be observed throughout the cabin as well as the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features the display window which displays a piece of the original crankshaft of the 8 Litre car that is displayed inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running across the back of the car that has an air vent that is photoetched which incorporates W.O. The front grille has been designed following 1930s-inspired Onyx and there's a chrome cladding around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille also features unique design, with an aluminum shell that replaces the body-color mesh of Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.

The key box is decorated with Bentley wings and is fitted with an black flock lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to complement or enhance the key box. The set of commemorative items includes the scale model in 1:18 and the flying "B" paperweight. It also includes a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.
