When we tested the 11S it did well on bare floors and a medium carpet with cat hair. The 11S also has a few limitations, for instance, it isn't capable of being scheduled and having a limited range of voice commands, but these are minor concerns.

While the 11S is a great choice, we do recommend taking a look at other robot vacuums that offer higher-end features. The iRobot Roomba 960, for instance, is built better, easier to maintain, with a bigger dirt compartment with a faster recharge time, smart pathing, and is better on all surfaces than the eufy. The iRobot can also get rid of more pet hair and comes with a wider range of functions that can assist you with your home automation.

2. Deebot T10 Omni

The Deebot T10 Omni offers premium hands-free cleaning experience for floors. It's one of the most powerful robotic vacuums on the market and is a great choice to remove pet hair and litter. It's also compatible with smart home assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant, making it easy to adjust your cleaning schedule and utilize voice commands.

Its obstacle avoidance capability could be improved. The T10 Omni tends to smack into furniture and baseboards in cabinets and can get stuck in tight corners of the home. It is also prone to damage to surfaces and furniture by knocking against furniture as it tries to exit rooms. The T10's pathing is also quite chaotic. It is often entangled with things like cords or socks that aren't visible through the pile of clutter.

Fortunately, the latest T10+ has improved its navigation system and dropped the camera on previous models. Ecovacs has instead chosen to use structured light and lasers to aid in navigating around objects. This is a smart decision as it allows the T10 to avoid obstacles and furniture more efficiently.

In addition, the T10+ has a self-emptying dust bin and dock that automatically cleans and dry mopping pads to avoid bacteria from accumulating. It also has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000Pa and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. It's also the most expensive robotic vacuum mop pet hair we have in our lineup, however it is a great choice for large houses with lots of carpeted spaces.

While all pet robot vacuums have a certain level of smart functionality, some are more advanced than others. For instance, some models offer the capability to create a custom cleaning schedule and select the rooms to clean. Some have larger dust bins which can cut down on the frequency you have to empty them. Some have tangle-free brush rolls that reduce the amount of long hair that is sucked up into the trash bin. It's compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant and lets you control the robot with voice commands. The iRobot Home app can show you an image of the floor area that it has cleaned and allows you to customize cleaning preferences to determine the frequency at which you want it to clean.

The 960 performed well on floors that were not paved. It sucked up an incredible amount of surface litter, including cereal, and it even did a good job at picking up particles that were embedded. It's not bad on low-pile carpet, either, but it loses steam when the dirt compartment gets full. It also has a few components that you need to replace frequently.

It did well in our Home Coverage test, which is responsible for 20% of a robot's overall score. It covered the entire furnished room, which is higher than the other robots we've tested. The 960 did an excellent job on the stairs as well which is a tough task for the majority of robots. It didn't perform better on carpets than the 980 or our favorite one, the Neato Botvac D80, but it did manage to do an excellent job.

It's more expensive than other options however, it's got the features that make it the most efficient robot vacuum on the market. It has the tread to traverse uneven floors, and suction to pick up cat litter scattered across your home. It also comes with connectivity that lets you manage it remotely or schedule cleaning schedules.
