It can be controlled via an app that is specifically designed for it or using popular virtual assistants, such as Alexa and Google Assistant.

The Jet Bot+ connects easily to your Wi-Fi connection with the help of the app's prompts. The SmartThings App lets you schedule cleaning sessions remotely and track the progress of your device.

You can also use the map feature of the app to see the areas that have been cleaned, and which areas need attention. You can also set 'no-go zones' to restrict the robot from entering specific rooms or areas that you would rather it avoid.

It's also quiet and can run for up to 100 minutes. The 11s isn't the best self-emptying robot vacuum and Mop choice for all floors. Especially when you have carpets that have high pile. It has an main roller brush (which consists of a combination bristles and rubber flanges) and two trispoked side brushes.

There are a number of different modes that you can select from when using the 11s, such as Auto, Single Room, Spot and Edge. There's also a manual option, where you can use the buttons for direction on the remote control to tell it to go backwards, forwards, left or right.

The 11s is great at removing large particles and fine dust from floors. However, it is unable to pick up small particles like baking soda. It is also adept in removing hair from pets.

It's not as sophisticated as other robot vacuums. Instead of using more sophisticated mapping software, it relies on bounce navigation. It bounces around the floor until its battery runs out, which may not be ideal for homes with a lot of furniture or that are particularly dusty.
