In my tests the X2 Omni washed its pad in just a few seconds and then got to work. I noticed that it was more accurate than other models that seemed to follow the grid of rooms. This budget-friendly option from a well-known upstart brand is the most affordable robot we've tested to date and offers an outstanding value for price. The basic navigation system is based on a very basic random pathing algorithm and it lacks the ability to map rooms. This makes it less efficient than the other models on this list. However, it's still able to reach under furniture and in corners, and its mopping mode performed well during our tests and was able to pick up pet hair and other debris with ease.

5. Shark iQ

Shark's iQ may not appear as durable however it is superior in cleaning pet hair off all surfaces. It clears bare floors more thoroughly and does a good job on low-pile carpet and uses smart-pathing navigational technology for greater maneuverability. It also lets you send it to a specific room, and its advanced set of automation features include no-go zones as well as scheduling.
