Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to roll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment into three attributes that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To make them, you require a higher level reroll token. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display a full description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

In the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item upgrader. The item upgrader will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be added and an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item upgrades reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. Once a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher item level. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of the item, the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
