The D4 is a great option for those who want an automated vacuum that comes with lots of features. It comes with nifty mapping and navigation tools as well as smart home integration. It also comes with an easy to use app.

To configure this bot, you'll have to connect it to its base and connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. After that then the Neato application will guide you through an initial configuration (linking to Wi-Fi, naming the D4, etc.). After it's fully charged you can begin an uncleaning cycle.

This is also iRobot’s most powerful vacuum. It can grab the dirt that has deeper particles or more pet hairs unlike other mid-range models, like the Roomba 960. This is because the cleaner has larger brushes that rotate counter-clockwise, and a motor with greater suction power.

The Roomba 995 is also iRobot's most affordable vacuum that has recharge and resume, however it's not equipped with the auto-empty system that the I6+ and I7 offer. It also doesn't have iAdapt 2.0 navigation and the camera that the I7 utilizes to detect objects and avoid obstacles. It's not able to access features like in-app containment, or save maps.
