The Mulliner division will be celebrating Bentley's 100th anniversary next year with a Mulsanne special edition. It pays tribute to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley and even includes a piece of one of his personal cars.

The model is ordered as a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of the car can be seen in the cabin. For instance, a Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet comes with an exhibit that has a part of the 8 Litre crankshaft on display inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in an air vent in the shape of a B on the chrome appliqué that runs across the back of the vehicle. The front grille is patterned on 1930s-inspired Onyx and there's a chrome cladding around the lower spoilers on the left and right. The front grille is also unique, featuring an aluminum shell instead of the normal body-colored mesh, which is typical of the standard Mulsanne and incorporating the Flying B logo as well.

A key box with the Bentley wings holds two keys and is adorned with black flock lining, while keys are individually sized to complement or contrast with the key box. The set commemorative also includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and flying paperweight along with an unpublished brochure with never-before-seen photos of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

This accessory is ideal for Bentley enthusiasts and owners. It features an exclusive keybox embossed with Bentley wings. This keybox is carefully wrapped in tissue paper within a gift box, it makes the ideal present for Christmas, birthdays, and other special occasions.

The knurling made of metal to metal on the key fob is reminiscent of the textures that are found in the interior, like the controls for temperature in the seat as well as the shift knob. Van Braekel says, "We wanted the knurling to be as consistent and elegant" as possible. "It was also important to ensure that the fob was with a distinct size and shape."

Bentley's 'Speed' series is a bit of a hoot taking the Continental GT's exaggerated excess and turning it up to eleven.
