The best robot vacuum that mops Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that's middle-of-the-road. It has a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features that are found in its more expensive sibling.

During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from medium-pile carpets. However, unlike other models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to help you map your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the best-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including the dirt compartment built into the base of charging. It can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest schedules that are automatic for a truly hands-free experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning functions with the click of the button. You can opt for a general clean that prioritizes the removal of large debris such as cereal and rice or two thorough maps of your space to ensure that your entire home gets a proper look.

This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some other models, and it can even remove pet hair with ease. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot claims it will get better with future models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that uses an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes that this will allow it hug the furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the standard hockey puck shape of most robovacs, though we found it to be marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with a superior filtration system that blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. We think this is a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a premium price.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, such as staircases and other barriers, and to clean up your entire home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on higher-end models. And its mopping system is better because its spinning pads scrub your floors much more efficiently than a vibrating pad.

The only drawback is the lack of a second brush to allow for more thorough cleaning. However, it's not a major issue if you want to own one of the top robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank also larger than many of its rivals and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.

As for the mopping device, I was impressed by its ability to remove hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest that are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, generate very little noise, which allows you to work or even watch TV without distraction. If it comes into contact with an object, such as a wall or piece of furniture it gently smacks into it and moves on.

What makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to function almost completely autonomously, requiring only a little for human intervention. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the hidden bin, as well as cleans and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong for example, low water levels or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to the bin being full.

You can also create and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is beneficial when you have different flooring in different areas of your home or if you need to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys and books. The robo-vac was also one of the best performers in my test cleaning up debris from carpets and hardwood floors in the first go. It can vacuum mop robot cleaner up even wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum with all the features you could wish for. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with a self-cleaning base station that automatically empties and washes the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also has a new sensor system that can better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version has a sleeker, more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). The robot is still big. It measures over two feet in both height and depth, and weighs nearly four pounds. However, the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This version is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.

Additionally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app as well as a voice assistant that works offline, allowing you to use it even if you're not home. It also has a smart routing function that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined route.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and vacuum Shark Robot Vacuum For Pets that comes with a variety of convenience features you don't often see on robots at this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. But while these functions are nice to have however, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the luxury category which could make it slightly more expensive than some homeowners require.

Created to look like a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device that has an elegant white finish highlighted by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper, which protects furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving through the house. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane which help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find one button that basically acts as an on/off switch. This button will activate the vacuum. By pressing it again, you can turn it off and transmit it back to its base station.
