Once the D4 is operational the app allows you to set up a schedule automatically or manually at any point. You can also control it with your voice through Google Home or Amazon Alexa. If you have an Apple Watch you can start cleaning sessions by tapping your wrist.

This model performed well in our lab tests of both hard and carpeted floors, collecting 91.3 percent of debris from serpentine paths. However it's not as efficient in corner and edge cleaning as other models. The side sensors keep the D4 about 1.5 inches from walls.
