The special model available on a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed, was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of this car can be observed in the cabin. For instance, a Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet comes with an exhibit with a portion of the 8 Litre crankshaft on display inside.

Other highlights include a chrome application that runs back along the side of the car that has an air vent with a photoetched B shape that incorporates W.O. the car's signature, a front grille patterned on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers, left and right. The front grille is unique, gaining the chrome-colored shell instead of the usual body-colored mesh as in the standard Mulsanne and incorporating the Flying B logo as well.

A keybox engraved with the Bentley wings holds two keys and features black flock lining. keys are individually sized to complement or contrast with the key box. The set is also commemorative, and includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and an air-borne 'B' paperweight, plus an illustrated brochure that includes never-before-seen photos of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

Outside illuminated treadplates, clocks in brushed silver are available as standard. New 22in wheels have self-levelling Bentley logos.
